ATiTool Makes me crash

I Installed the latest version of ATiTool, and when I run it, I get a blue screen with system memory dump. Any ideas?

Specs:
2.8C
IS7
ATI 9800 Pro
1GB PC4000 Kingston HyperX
500w psu

I use the omega 4.4 drivers and it has Radlinker in it. Very easy to use and I haven't had any problems with it so far. Just make sure you disable the VPU Recover. That thing will make your card crash and you will have to reboot. In fact if you have it on right now-turn it off, it worthless.
