When I put in any disc, the drive can't read it. It spins, and spins, and nothing happens. Sometimes software CDs will work, and music CDs, but burned CDs and DVDs don't want to work. They will work occasionally, but that is not very often. I was thinking maybe a firmware upgrade, but I can't seem to find one. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks a bunch! ~pentium
