What's the faster of the fan speeds on a HighTech Ice Exacliber?

Got a 9800 Pro 128MB and can't figure out which of the two fan speeds is the faster one since the noise level doesn't change as far as I we can tell. Anyone have this cooler?

It came pre-installed on the card and the user would like to overclock and would *prefer* the fan speed to be cranked up.

I would go with the fan with the higher CFM. Its not always about rpms.

No, he already has everything installed and whatnot. But there is a switch to adjust the fan speed, and no matter what setting it is the noise level is the same. He'd like it to be set to the faster RPM setting but can't figure out what way to flip the switch.

Ooohhh, sorry bout that. I read the first line and thought you were wondering which fan was faster. I thought you were talking about two different fans. WHy doesn't he just watch the temps and see if they change when he flips the switch.
