Fan controller installation

I just bought a Nexus NXP-201 fan controller for my comp because the CPU fan is too loud. I have no idea how to install this badboy though. Maybe everythings self-explanatory but theres so many cords and such. Please help. Thanks.

its fairly basic. you should have a power hook up to supply the fan bus and the fans. all the other wires are for conecting to the fans you want to control.

So it looks like to me that you plug in the main power to the molex plug (the white rectangle plug) this will power the fan controller. Then with the 3pin extensions they provide you would plug them into the controller (where it is labeled fan 1 fan 2 ect.) and the other end to your fan. If your fan is not a small 3pin and is a large 4pin you will need a splitter/adapter they normally come with 3rd party fans so you might have some, or they might even come with the fan controller. Do all of this with the computer off obviously.
