Zone Alarm = biggest RAM hog ever

Something is seriously wrong with Zone Alarm. Just look at this picture.

Zone Alarm takes 160mb of RAM? WTF???

For those of you who run this program and notice considerable lag on your computer, your might want to check if Zone Alarm is doing it.

Well I'm just web browsing and ripping a DVD. It's not like i'm directing a massive web server or running some FTP site.

Send a message via AIM to Messiah89
vsmon.exe = 10,144 K
zapro.exe = 2,460 K

This is Zone Alarm Pro with 3 Internet Explorer windows open, MSN, and AIM running.

Windows XP, and an ADSL connection.

I bet reinstalling Zone Alarm wouldn't be a bad idea, and last time I checked, Mcafee AV was the biggest hog

You can get a free version of kerio personal firewall. IMO it is better than zone alarms (it has more options too).
