Shortcut to Directory in explorer view with collapsed...

Is there a way I can creat a shortcut on my desktop to a directory in my computer (for example c:\PA), and when i open the shortcut it's default view would be in "explorer view" with c:\PA collapsed and showing all of its subdirectories but not sub-sub directories?

thanks!

DVNT1 beat me to it.

If using WinXP, replace 'WINNT' with "WINDOWS"

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /e,/root,"C:\PA"

(the quotes at the end are not necessary, unless you have one or more 'spa ces' in your path)
