E Mail Error msg

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what this error message actually means?

From microsoft:
550, 551: Typically, these error codes indicate that your server is not set up to relay to another SMTP server that knows the destination address. You must point to a server that can send SMTP messages outside any firewall. If these error messages continue, contact your administrator to ensure that SMTP-relaying is not prohibited at your server.

Hi,

Thanks for that I have e mailed my Domain Name/ Mail Host asking what the problem is and have as yet to receive a reply.
