But remember it's the CPU Power Saving feature and not the System's Pwer Savings feature.

U sure? Cause amd "says" it will clock higher and lower unnoticed and instantly when power is needed.. THe vcore does adjust with it. Guess best thing scarecrow1 is to test it for us, then let us know. See if they are BS'ing or not.

I'm sus[ecting this might also be a problem. Buying 3rd party ATI usually means cheaper memory, and slow memory/clock speeds as well. Post back what your clock speed is.
