Problem accessing Web site

One of our clients just called in and was asking if the was a problem with our website. Several users it this site were redirected to the "My Way" search results page when the typed in the url for our site. They can access other web sites with out any problems. We had them delete all cookies and I.E. temp files, restart the browser, and still the same results. I had them check the Host file, only 127.0.0.1.

They are not using a proxy server. They all had access to our web site as of Thursday last week. If they ping our site either with the url or IP, they get a response timeout. We had one user uninstall MyWay from the control panel and now she was getting a page cannot be displayed error.

Is MyWay.com spyware / adware / a pirating web site? Any ideas to fix this?

it seems to have something to do with mysearch which is listed in spybot's list of spyware/adware

yea, have them install/run Ad Aware. or at least Uninstall the My-Search Bar type app.
