Remote Desktop Admin Problems

When I use RDA from my laptop to my server at home, OR from home to home server (testing purposes). My remote desktop logs in...loads settings....then applys settings....then saves settings and logs off. The security alerts show that everything was successful, however there are several logins/logouts for a period of about 15 minutes even though my RDA has stopped and returned to normal local computer settings. I have tried everything but re-installing server, trying to avoid that due to finally got it all setup. Any help would be appreciated.

Check to see if the Nvidia Display Driver Service is started. If so, stop the service and try to reconnect.

How in the Hell did you figure that out? That was it. How do I utilize Nvidia drivers and still allow RDA?

I heard of this problem before. I'm not sure about using NVIDIA service and still do RDA, unless you just script it to disable the service when you launch the Remote Desktop connection; then re-start it afterwards.

I would probably create a VBS script iusing PSSERVICE from http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/fr...sservice.shtml
