Cannot configure wg602 wireless access point from browser.

I am trying to setup a netgear WG602 wireless access point. It is connected to one of the ethernet ports on my netcomm adsl router but I cannot access the configuration page from a browser.

All lights are on yet when I type the address for the device in the browser it will not connect.
Should there be something in the routers settings that needs to be changed to allow access to the wg602? It is shown as being connected on the front of the router as the lan2 light is on.

The ip address for the tcp/ip properties for the router connection is set to "Obtain automatically." which is what is suggested. Im not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions,

Thanks,
