Anyone have a good (free) utility for WinXP that is similar to msconfig?

Startup Control Panel is my favouite, small to download and esy to use. Get it at http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml It's even freeware!

honestly msconfig works just fine in XP. if you want more tweaking ability download powertoys for xp, its free and works great.
