Jumpersettings on 9600 Pro

I just recieved a 9600 Pro from the Egg. Well I poped it into my system and nothing. I then noticed that all the software was European so I figure that the card must be european too. It has jumpers, Ive heard of this before. I just don't know how to set it for this country, I may try trial and error but I dont want to mess up thhis card or mobo.

the sofrtware may be european (more likely u.s.) but the card isn't any different unless it has tv out, in which case look for any jumpers marked as pal/ntsc and set for ntsc in the americas or japan. if you don't want tou use the tv out, then don't bother about this setting. has your motherboard got built in video?

Tried it in several Mobos (Asus A7n, Abit NF7-s and my biostar Mini) and it didnt work in any of them. Im just rmaing it.
