Creative Inspire 5300?

I am looking at these speakers, I don't know too much about speakers, so if someone could point me to some reviews or tell me there opinion that would be great.

Looks like a great low-end system. The DD5.1 is great for DVDs and whatnot. Unfortunately, the system is pretty underpowered. It depends on what you want to spend on a speaker system. A really decent one will be $150 - $350.

But if you're not going to be listening to them at extreme volumes, the 5300 system will sound great! There's no such thing as a bad speaker system that costs as much as they do.

If you are going to doing some hardcore stuff, I would recommend the Logitech z560 system, or the Altec Lansing 641 or ADA systems. But hey, that's just me.

Thats what I thought, I would love to buy some klipsch but I dont have the money for those. I just want some speakers that have 5.1 sound.

I nearly got the DTT 2200's but they couldn't get any anyway are the DTT 2200 better, the sub is 1 watt more powerfull.

that could merely be them rounding up instead of down....

Yea there probably are just trying to cheat an extra watt by rounding up.

O well thanks for the comments, I should be getting the Inspire speakers in about 4 days.
