PNY Tech Support?

Ok I went to PNY to find some contact info and yet they have none. Does anyone here know where I can find their Tech email or phone number if its a free call. I been having problems with the fan on my video card it keeps making annoying sounds and its getting worse. I need to talk to them about it but it seems they have NO contact info on their site anywhere.

if you bought it from a vendor maybe that vendor will support the warranty before pny's?

here's the best youre gonna get. no free call but try to call from work. thats what i used to do.

Try this link for Verto cards or this one for Quadro cards.
Actually I don't think it matters as long as you tell them which one you have. And I noticed if you register it on-line with them you get a three year warranty.

PNY seems like it has a non-existant tech support. I purchased a 64mb CF card from them and it started to get memory errors. (eg, won't write to card, space shrinking..) I tried to call them... kept on getting a "automated" message and all that crap. Finally, a 'live' person answered and I had to send in the defective one. Received a replacement after a couple of weeks.. Stay away from PNY if you don't know what your doing or depend on their warranty.

I had a PNY GeForce4 4600 Ti.

It started acting crazy, so I found the contact number (after about 20min looking through their site). It was not toll-free and I was on hold for about 15min.

But once I talked to someone, they said no problem-- I mailed my card in and got a replacement in about a week.

Grades: A (warranty), C (access to it)

Could be worse, they could have a toll-free number and then say sorry...

ps. They have a lifetime replacement warranty.

yah I found their contact info via the emailing address. I got a response and they told me that they cannot just replace th fan but rather me send in the whole card. They gave me a toll free 1-800 # to call to create an RMA. I will do this sometime next week maybe or when Im not in serious need of my pc.
