Edit Options
Avatar (Last option)

There you will be able to upload an avatar to your account. Make sure though the dimensions of the picture are 64x64 or smaller.

Yes, you can. Just make sure they arent bigger than 64x64.

The easiest way to do that is using Photoshop yes (as far as I am concerned) I use it when resizing pictures.

you can go to image size and change it to 64x64, also there is a size limit in kb i think but im not sure how big. so you may have to drop the quality if its big
