should i delete temp internet files and cookies every now and then? and what happens when you do thanks for your thoughts

I delete my temporary internet files and history often as they take up space and also because a build up can cause images not being able to be saved properly.

As far as cookies I don't bother with them that often as I don't need to log into sites when they are there.

I delete Temp IE files, cookies and my history at least once a day.

I finally tweaked my security settings (in IE and ZA) so I can veiw most sites without a problem yet I have not found any spyware in the last 3 months (using Ad-aware and spybot).

Alot of the spyware is dropped as cookies on your comp so deleting them on a regular basis is a good idea IMO.

i usually take the cookies that adaware and spybot highlight as junk and put them into winpatrol's cookie deleter so they cant return.
