sound card ?

does a sound card regulate how much sound you can put out, or is it only dependant on the speakers?

im thinking about getting Z-560's and i am using nf2 onboard sound

Yes you can. Just be sure that windows volume is up all the way for the amp in your speakers to get the strongest signal. BUt I don't recomend this is it seems to over power sound cards causing sound quality to be lost. I have windows volume a little under max.(Still gets pretty damn loud in here when I max out my Z680s)

Alsi, mess around with the equalizer and crossfader to get the best sound for the type of music you will be listening too.
