i want to get this

right now i'm using radeon 9600xt. i don't want to use this card i wanted to get another card,

something for under 100.00 if possible.

Not knowing what exact purposes you intend, and unless that has some features that are special to you, It looks to me like a tv tuner/fm card with remote. If that is what you are after im wondering if you have looked at the leadtek Winfast tv 2000 xp deluxe, which last time I looked was like $52.00 on new egg?

So are you looking for a new video card?, or a tv tuner/ fm/capture card to add to the system? Or perhaps an all in one video card/tv_fm/capture card?

Perhaps an ATI All-in-Wonder 9800 Pro is what you should consider instead of a separate TV card.
