Help installing PSU

I have AMD Athlon XP 2100+

I just bought a new power supply. Seasonic Super Silencer 400W and having trouble getting it to work.

I am pretty new at this stuff but have successfully installed a cheaper one before but this one seems to have more connectors.

I connected everything same as usual and the power went on but the monitor is still dim and the light on the dvd-rw/cd-rw drives stays on the whole time and can't open them either.

Am I connecting something wrong?

Did you make sure everything was securly pluged in?

Ooops, you are right... The main 20pin was not... so sorry about that :P
