Dual Monitors Setup

Hi all,

I'm a New guy here just registered 5mins ago

Well, I wonder if you guys can help me out, I'd like to know If theres any way I can setup Dual TFT screens with my Elsa GLoria DCC?? Or Is there a way i can have VGA PCI card on my Motherboard as well as AGP too or do u think it will create Conflicts with each other and Driver issues in OS?? My Both IIyama LCD Screen have DVI and VGA connector behind. Heres the Spec of my GFX card to help you better understand:

http://www.elsa.com.tw/EN/Products/....asp?newsid=193

Sorry! If I'm breaking the TeachIMO hardware image uploading rules etc.

I dont really want to buy new AGP card to have Dual Setup nor do i want to replace my Quadro DCC. Also my Motherboard only supports AGP 4x so not much choice open for me.

Look forward hearing from you guys for help!

Thanks!

Kafmax

Welcome to the forums, Kafmax.

Please don't post multiple threads on the same topic. I have deleted your other thread.

You can't be breaking any rules with that linke because it's a 404. But please don't like to images on other websites that aren't your own.

I suggest you read the FAQ and the rules at your earliest convenience.

If your card doesn't have dual outputs, you can use another PCI card along with an AGP card to make a dual display setup. Windows supports this inherently.

hiya

Thanks for the reply. I will keep the Posting guide lines in mind next time.

"If your card doesn't have dual outputs, you can use another PCI card along with an AGP card to make a dual display setup. Windows supports this inherently."

What about Driver issue I mean, if you got two graphic cards in same machine AGP and later you've installed PCI VGA dont you need to install VGA's drivers or do you leave at as Generic settings? 2ndly, Would it slow down performance having AGP and VGA or do you think Dual head Cards much better and optimized.

Its just that I do 3d Computer graphics so Performance is pretty important to me.

Many thanks for feedback.

Having two graphics cards isn't inherently different than having two sound cards or two ethernet adapters or two mouses.

Put it in, install the appropriate drivers, and then set it up.
