need manual old mobo

I got the mobo to post with just the minimum attached-floppy HDD cpu memory keyboard mouse but I cannot enter setup because it seems I have no keyboard I get a long single beep followed by a continuous series of short beeps which I assume is due to not having the keyboard working. Tried three good ones(one of them the one I am using) to no avail. When I power up there is no light on the keyboard at any time. Did I miss a jumper or hook up something on the front panel wrong? I am at a loss I cannot seem to get the keyboard up at all. Is this mobo dead? Please help

Keys to all jumper settings should be silkscreened somewhere right on the PCB. I've searched as well and found nothing. They must be out of business.

Thanks everyone looks like I have enough to get it up and running with the markings on the mobo and all the info on how to flash the bios and all the bios upgrades available. Thanks again to everyone who has helped
