Windows Server 2003 file permissions

I'm trying to create a shared folder on a Win 2k3 box that students can map and save files to, but not read the files after saving them or read other people's files. I tried giving them List Contents and Write permissions only, but that doesn't work. A faculty member wants to give the final using our computer lab. He wants each student to start with an Excel file and when they're done filling it in, to save it to the shared drive. But he doesn't want them to be able to access or change it later or for the students to view other students' files.

I'm not sure it can be done. Anyone else have any ideas?
