Power Leak within Power Supply?
I had a guy call me about a problem he was experiencing with his PC. He said that he was going to move it the other day and grabbed the back of it (not sure where, but guessing by the PSU) and experienced a shock. I told him that it is probably just ESD, but he said that it felt like a steady stream of low electricity.
I personally cleaned and formatted this PC and never experienced a problem with it. I am guessing that it could be a bad power cord or faulty PSU if it really is a steady stream of electricity. Anybody ever heard of this?
