report person or persons sending viruses

HI, I DONT REALLY KNOW HOW TO START THIS, IAM STILL VERY NEW TO THE COMPUTER, BUT WE HAVE BEEN GETTING EMAILS WITH VIRUSES FOR AWHILE. WE INSTALLED WIN ANTI-VIRUS, WHICH PRETTY MUCH CLEANED IT UP. WE KNOW WHERE THESE ARE COMING FROM NOW. THIS PERSON HAD BRAGGED TO ONE OF MY FRIENDS THAT HE WAS A HACKER AND KNEW HOW TO MESS UP COMPUTERS BY SENDING VIRUSES, WHO DO I REPORT THIS TO? IT STOPPED FOR AWHILE, BUT HE IS REALLY TRYING HARD AT US AGAIN. ALL SIGNS POINT TO THIS PERSON. HOW CAN WE CATCH HIM. CAN YA HELP ME? THANK YOU

You can first help yourself by locating the 'caps lock' key in your keyboard.

You don't report him to anywhere. Blacklist his address so it goes straight to trashcan.
No one (isp) really cares if he sends some mail or two. You can of course try and contact the abuse address of his email provider, but it's a long shot.

First of all please don't type in all caps, it's kinda like yelling at everyone.

As to your problem, I would contact his ISP and file a complaint.

PS. He doesn't sound like a hacker to me, more like a script kiddie.
