Need video converter...

I need a freeware video converter that will convert Apples MP4 format to WMV or DivX. Anyone know of one?

Before you all say, yes, I looked on google.

From what I quickly gathered, you can do it with this ->
http://www.3ivx.com/download/windows.html

Get the 3ivx and graphedit.

Check their forums on tips

does virtual dub not do it? a clunky method may be to transcode to vcd svcd or preferably dvd using something like nero vision express and then use a tool to convert that to the format you need. don't expect the quality would hold up, though.
