Did it seem to install correctly or is that what won't open?

the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavaible.

use feature from: C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WZSE0.TMP\

in your RUN command line, run C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp and then delete all the files and folders inside. If you don't see any files, you need to unHide the contents via a seting in Tools, Folder Options.

If you see the files but can't delete some, reboot and try to delete them again.
