help!

can anyone help me out...just a day ago i boot up my computer and this message poped up saying that it can't a file...its the image.dll...it said that that file was missing...is it a virus or a worm...what can i do to get rid of that...

Does your wallpaper come up? Do you have a onstart image(picture) thats supposed to come up?

i don't know exactly what you mean but my wallpaper does show up...

Do you have a picture that you wanted to show up when you start up your computer? If so does it show up? Or maybe you were looking at a picture one day and you did an improper shutdown and its just trying to come back up.... Just thinking of situations I have had.

naw...not that i know of...the only thing that i have is the wallpaper and that shows up...so do you think it might be?...

Oh yea!! I forgot that it migh just be saying that somehow it got deleted..

Cant you just double click it? It should have a install dialog that comes up...

nope...nothing like that...i extract it...cause its in winzip format...
