lost toolbar section (My Computer window) in XP

Somehow my cousin lost his toolbar in the explorer windows... you know how My Computer would show up with BACK, FORWARD, STOP, CUT, PASTE buttons ? That's gone... but usually you could right-click the area and re-check STANDARD BUTTONS and that would appear again. Well there's no area to right-click... the FILE|EDIT|VIEW, etc. section is gone too... and no ADDRESS bar in sight either. It goes right from the title of the window to the contents of the window (System Tasks in the left pane and files in the right half).

How do we get that whole chrome section back ?

The only way I can think of this happening is that you've set the window to full screen (f11) with the standard tool bar set to Auto Hide. You can set it back with F11 again.
