all u photoshop experts......i need ur help.

ok.....in my communications technology class, wer doing a project where we have to turn our picture into a sort of Andy Warhol pic. its hard to explain but in the end its basically gonna look like a cartoon. now, wer suppose to use the Threshold option and then color the pic and shade it so it looks realistic. ive done threshold and cleaned up the pic as best as pobssible........however i just can't get the shading to look right, cause im fairly new to photoshop and my teacher didn't teach us this (humm.......come to think of it, she didn't teach us much....she basically expects su to do it on our own. go figure )

anyway.....i was wondering if any of u nice photoshop experts could help me oout with this? im going to attach a JPEG file of what i have already done. i need shading on this pic.......doesn't have to be very fancy, just has to look right. i want the light to be comming from the right. so.....ii would really appriciate it if anyone can do this for me (or teach me how to do proper shading )

thanx
