How do you change the name of the administrator in Win 2003 Server?

Is there a snap in that I need to look at?

Goto run then type: gpedit.msc

follow this down:

Local computer Policy
Computer Config
Windows settings
Security Settings
Local Policies
Security Options


then finally its the 4th one down ... Accounts: rename administrator acccount.
