Would this be a good case?

I got a pc from a grateway trash can that works fine, except for a trashed case! Here are the specs:

Applications CD Version 7.8 [Part #7513700] (Lots of these, actually a DVD)
Floppy Disk Drive Cable [Part #8006732]
Hard Drive Cable R0 [Part #8006734]
Optical Drive Cable [Part #8006733]
Hornet Micro Tower Desktop Case [Part #3501446]
Lite-On 48x 24x 48x Recordable/Rewritable CDRW R0 [Part #5502419] (Drive is now working, time to see if it reads/burns cd's! EDIT: yes it burns cd's! w00t!)
MSN 8.0 [Part #9521517]
NEC 1.44-MB Floppy Disk Drive Revision 0 [Part #5502184]
Western Digital 40-GB 7200-RPM Hard Disk Drive Revision 1 [Part #5502307]
Lite-On 104 PS2 Keyboard R2 [Part #7004359] (Don't have)
MEM DDR 128MB PC333 32MX4 R0 [Part #5000663] (Qty. 2)
Logitech PS/2 Standard Black Mouse [Part #7004628] (Don't have)
Microsoft Windows XP Professional with SP1 (SP1) R2 [Part #7513625]
Gateway V.92 Half-Height PCI Soft Modem R2 (Palmer) [Part #6002241]
EV730 17-inch Black Monitor with 15.9-inch Viewable Area [Part #7004661] (Don't have)
Intel (Midway) Pentium 4 Motherboard No CPU R0 [Part #2520285]
180-Watt Power Supply R0 [Part #6500724]
Intel (Northwood) 2.4GHz/800MHz CPUMAC R0 [Part #2519930]
Media Player 9 for Windows XP [Part #9521826]
Norton Antivirus 2003 Rev. 1 [Part #9521380]
Edison 2.0 Analog Speakers [Part #7004408] (Don't have)
Gateway Drivers CD 23.2 [Part #7514095]

Now, due to the fact that the case is trashed, I want to replace it. I'm thinking about this case:

Could I keep the original power supply, and use that in this case, or do I need to upgrade? I want to reuse as many parts as I can from the old, and that includes the power supply. I have heard the supplies included in the new cases are cheap, so that is why I am leaning towards keeping the old power supply.

This is what the current power supply looks like:

The motherboard also has this for the power connector:

http://support.gateway.com/s/MOTHERB...9041mvr9.shtml

What would be a good replacement power supply? I don't plan to do alot with the server at this point, maybe add another hard disk/some memory, and that is about it.

I might decide on another case (with color! )

cliffs notes questions:

1. the mother board form factor is micro ATX. Can I use this in a regular ATX Midtower case?

2. What type of power supply would I want? I'll use onboard video/etc for the server (nothing fancy)

3. I might add another hard disk, and maybe upgrade the memory some.

4. How would I setup cooling fans? I want to be able to have a nice cool case, and keep dust out of it. What fans should I use?

Everyone else calls that case a Raidmax (flimsy metal+ flimsy shipping cartons=frequent shipping damage - you can probably get it for less on newegg - definitely!
1- Yes
2/3- Raidmax comes with adequate PSU for all your list.
4- One in front, one in back should be plenty. Make or buy filters for intake fan(s) - keep 'em clean. Set up positive pressure system if you want case to stay really clean inside. See coolcases.com for info on pos. press.
