I've run a similar setup on a 250 watt p/s but never a 230. Might work.

I set up a MATX motherboard with onboard video, sound and LAN and a CDRW and floppy drive in a POWMAX case with a 230 watt PSU. And 256 MB of 2100 DDR. I only have used it as an experiment and it has never crashed and I played Soldier of Fortune on it a little bit and it worked fine. I would not plan on adding any other hardware to this computer without changing out the PSU.
