Are these settings safe?
I finally got my system at 250fsb, and it seems to be running stable. Here are my BIOS settings
CPU=1.6v
DDR=2.8v
DRAM settings are relaxed
FSB is at 250
My system specs
2.8c (D1)
Abit IS7
1GB of Kingston HyperX PC4000
Zalman CNPS-7000Cu

As long as it's stable and the CPU is relatively cool, those settings are fine.

I wouldn't go any higher than 2.7v on your memory. What are your temps?
