Xeon or Presscot P4 in my system?

here's my question...

I have a choice of putting 2 differnet cpu's in my home computer.

either a

2.4 Ghz Xeon P4 processor or..

a 2.4 Ghz P4 C processor (currently running in my Asus P4C800 motherboard @ 3.2 Ghz).

So which one should I use? Is the Xeon a good overclocker?

I am running PC3500 Ram 2x512 in dual channel as well.. I think the Xeon only runs at 533 mhz?? not sure...

hmmmm so what should I do?

2.4c P4 would be my choice for a "HOME" computer. I'm running mine at 3.3GHz.

Well the Xeon was given to me... sooooo.... hmmm...

Xeon's won't work because it's socket 603 - P4's are socket 478, just won't work.
