Websites in Photoshop...

Im redesigning my work website in PS and Ive never done this before. I can get the layout settled but what Im concerned w/ is that, if I make the whole website in PS then how should I go about getting the text in. If I export the page w/ slices then I have a series of images and when I import that into Dreamweaver tehn I cant add html text over those images. So, Can a whole website be designed and made in PS including html text and hyperlinks and what not?

Newbie Dreamweaver user here..

I don't think you can use PS to design a whole website. I dunno tho. In Dreamweaver MX or MX 2004 you can have layers like you do in PS.. so you could overlay text on the images. I have not used them tho.. still learning.

Photoshop is for image editing/creation. If you really want to use Adobe, look at Go Live for websites.
