Welcome to Techimo.

Is this a fresh install? Was the computer working? What precipitated the boot failure? What type of raid? Raid drivers installed?

my guess is the ide controller is bad or the cable is bad .

when it stops does it also say "hit f1 to continue" if so do it and see if it boots up . i am not sure what "pxe " means but it says media and rom so i am thinking it is the ide controler that the cdrom is on . check the cable to the cdrom .

there should be a setting in the bios that says errors . it is default on "all errors " change it to disable or none . then it won't stop when u get an error

It tells me to hit F3 to enter setup for the raid..... I do that but it only shows 1 hdd.....and its sitting in slot #2......theres nothing on 0, 1, 3.
in the bios i can see 1 hdd..... and both cdroms.....

i don't think the cmos battery would do this . did you check the cable for the hd's . they can go bad . try reinstalling the raid drivers also

Dude, you are loading from the Pre-eXecutionEnvironment. AKA your NIC is trying to find where to load off of the network. This is what is used for RAS installs and such, but is useless to you.

Make sure that network or nic or whatever in the bios is NOT in the boot order.
