Logitech Quickcam 4000 Problems
This is my 1st post here so if something is wrong forgive me.
I have the Logitech Quickcam 4000 and running windows XP on a HP Omnibook 6000 laptop PIII 800mhz with 384mb ram... When i use my webcam the screen goes black at random times. Somtimes the pic is fine for 10 mins, 5 min, or less than 30secs its random but never clear screen for more than 10-15mins. The cam is still working and recieving picture, its just goes really really dark almost completely black. I have no idea why. I went and brought that exact same cam brand new and did the same thing. Unstalled the cam and drivers and software completely and still same problem.
I tried the camera on other laptop and work fine not 1 problem. this only happens on this laptop. Called Logitech and HP neither really no what to do.. I need help....
