Outdoors Error 89020003"No-Need!!!"

Don't know if anyone can help. I've tried to back-up one of my DVD's for the first time ever..using DVD shrink. I first tried it on a DVD-R re-writable 7mb disk, the copy was perfect! It even played on my Playstation2.
Then i tried it on a DVD-R 4.7mb disk...when played on powerDVD it puts up an error message "error 89020003". Does anyone know why? it's doing my 'ed in!!!

I'm using PowerDVD 4.0, i don't think this is the problem...PowerDVD plays my backed up copy on a Liteon DVD+R re-writable 4.7gb disk, but won't play my Infiniti DVD-R 4.7gb back ups. I think the problem may be the DVD shrink program, i might be doing something wrong...but what?

I am using the Liteon DVD +- combo and have had no problems with shrink. Who makes Infiniti media? It took me a couple of tries in buying media to get all things good, I ended up using Ritek and have yet to make a coaster.

In that google link it mentions a possible problem with burnt disc's and Power DVD 4.
