img, sub and ccd files

i want to install or extract or what ever you do with the game files listed in 'subject'. I have tried to make a virtual drive and copy the files to the drive using alcohol 120%. I then tried to open the mdf file that was created, but my computer didn't recognize. How do i install the game files properly. Please Help.
