If you are not in a contract with them... dump 'em.
The offer they used to have (1500/128) has now become 3000/128 and if you are a current customer.... they won't upgrade you. It's for new customers only.
Here is the kicker: SBC has the same 1500/128 plan for $10 less than what current Earthlink customers are paying, and they have a 3000/384 plan for the same price as Earthlink people are paying!

I am told all offer better/faster services now.
If Earthlink refuses to keep up with changing competiton, and then denies its own loyal customers the upgrades they are giving to new customers..... people leave.
