Will Graphic Card with DDR RAM work on P2 System which has SD RAM.

Yes, the memory type on the card is totally independent from the memory type used on the board.

Of course. The graphics card has its own RAM controller right there on the chip, there is no direct connection from the graphics card's RAM to any of the system busses.

Graphics card compatibility has other aspects, the most important ones being the card's power consumption and supported AGP signalling voltages and transfer modes.

Oh, and please stick to ONE thread for solving your ONE problem, rather than splitting it up for each aspect it might have.
