Oddest Mouse Problem.

I have a Mircosoft Blue Optical mouse. A few days ago it started to reinstall it'self all the time... EG: it would turn off... make the device found noise and reinstall itself.

I have discovered it only does this when my computer has to do soemthing really intense. EG: 3dMAX render, counter-strike smoke, BF1942.

I have tried changing it's drivers... and also my graphcis drivers... I have chanegd it from USB to Ps2 yet still it does this.

any help?

I've got a wireless explorer intellimouse 2. Besides having a response like in seconds, it's also as easy to use as a brick.

I have a similar problem with my Keyboard. I have a Microsoft office keyboard plugged into the USB. It will freeze up, and sometimes will detect itself back, but most of the time I have to unplug it, and plug it back in. Makes me mad when I am in some action while playing games. I do not know what causes this, but its most common during game play.
