counterstrike code help

I've installed counterstrike on my computer and I want to switch the code that I've registered it under but I can't figure out how to do that. I've tried uninstalling and deleting everything but it saves the record of the code and when I install it again it doesn't ask me for a code anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The only way to delete a steam account is by sending them the CD-key that you registered by and they will delete it.
