CITRIX and AOL

Does anyone access a CITRIX server using AOL? I have a user who has severe problems establishing and maintaining a usuable connection. Other users with different (real) ISPs seem to have no issues.

Thanks for any insight.

Oh man thats a tought one. When I worked at a place that used Citrix (god help me) we had a few direct connections for that, never went through ISP's. Or if we did it was cable modems and DSL, never dial up.
Knowing how touchy Citrix is, that AOL dialup wouldn't be working doesn't suprise me at all.

CITRIX has improved its stability, except that it is still touchy regarding printing. With non-AOL dial up, the system is quite usable. I'm just looking for conclusive evidence to pin the problem on AOL.

Thanks for checking in.

has the user tried using the IE browser once signed onto AOL instead of using the AOL browser. just a thought.

I've heard that suggestion, but don't think that it applies to our situation. We don't connect through a browser. We use a client application on the remote PC.

Thanks for the recommendation.
