i found it on ebaumsworld, it's called grid lock and what you have to do is slide the pieces (they only go two ways) to get your piece out the right side, your piece is a dark blue color, easier to identify from the others, try it! here it is:

have fun, i'm stuck on level 13, 12 and 11 gave me trouble as well, all the others take a little thinking, but it's a good game, passes the time along well.
