Msconfig on Windows NT?

Hi folks! How do I disable services from starting on Win nt? There's no msconfig tool, I tried looking at the registry but it looks all messy and is nothing like the other easy-to-use 9X/XP windows! Where exactly are the keys related to services being started? Or is there any utility tool similar to msconfig for nt? Thanks in advance!
