Port Forwarding/E-Mule/LowID

Greetings once again.

I am not sure what everyones standpoint of Peer to peer is but here I go.

I have a DSL connection through Qwest. They sent me a Actiontec 1524 modem. I have upgraded the firmware.

I am unable to connect to E-mule without a LowID.

I had a friend do remote assistance the other day and he fixed it, however, I had to reformat my PC and now it doesn't work again.

I have the TCP set at 4661 in and the UDP at 4671

The port forward is 4661-4663.

What else can I do to connect without a low ID?

I had a weird problem with Emule. Emule seems to like switching ports often. One day, 4564 forwarded will work fine, and the next day, it won't. What I did was forward ports 4000 to 5000 to my computer then change ports whenever Emule stopped working. Since I did that, I've never had a problem.

Just forward a small range, like maybe 10 IPs such as 4000-4010. When 4000 doesn't work, change Emule's settings so it uses 4001. Just keep switching Emule's port and it will work.
