"Temporary Folder" - where is this ?

Clicked a link to a video in IE and it prevents "SAVE TARGET AS"... so the clicking actually downloads to "Temporary Folder" then plays it automatically. How do I retrieve this video locally ?

(you need to show hidden folders to see some)

9x C:\windows\temporary internet files\

there will be alot of files so sort by date
