Food Dule DDR hows it work does it work?

Ok Iv got a Asus A7n8x-D Mobo that can run in dule DDR mode with 2 identical ram modules.

Now heres where I dont understand this! My motherboard can run at a max of 400mhz with both the cpu and memory, does puting to DDR 3200 modules in dule mode mean Its going to try and run it at 800mhz? If this is the case and the extra bandwidth isnt going to make any difference is this just for people that want to buy cheaper slower ram modules to run in dule mode to make up the speed?

The board is running _200_ MHz. DDR does not mean you may double the MHz figures.

Dule? You mean dual? Simple: The two channels are run in parallel.
